The seven boards of cunning

A legend states that a Chinese mentor gave to his disciple a ceramic tile and a paintbrush to draw the beauties which he was discovering in a long journey all around the world.  Unfortunately, the tile fell and broke in seven pieces. Trying to reassemble the tile into a square, the disciple was fascinated by the infinite silhouettes which he could get by matching as few as those seven pieces. Therefore, he understood how to catch the beauties of the world.

Nowadays, such beauties are again presented by Gennaro Borriello, cameos engraver from more than 50 years in Torre del Greco. His jewels match the tradition of an ancient handcraft with the modern computer technology, which can display the infinite configurations of a puzzle that challenges the mind and leaves the fantasy running.
